From Vision to Victory: The Power of Strategic Planning and Iteration Cycles

What might have changed if Martin Luther King, Jr. had said, "I have a plan," instead of his famous words, "I have a dream"? The first step to strengthening and supporting your school's success is forming a good plan. Turning this vision into impactful change takes thoughtful planning, intentional culture building, and a commitment to persistent feedback.

This session includes an overview of the different steps, decisions and thinking needed to develop a bold strategic plan along with tools and tricks to make your plans come to life by engaging the community in change-making. Join us to discover how you can move your community from ideas to vision and from vision to victory. In this session you will learn:

- Why it is essential to create or update key elements like your mission, vision, values and strategic plans
- Questions you should ask yourself, your team, and your stakeholders.
- Tools to build momentum and make change
- How to engage your community for a more significant impact
