Victoria Soria is the Professional Learning & Innovation Manager at Visions In Education, with over 20 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, school leadership, and curriculum development. A former teacher and Dean of Students, she has led initiatives in restorative practices, RtI, CPI, and PBIS, and has delivered professional development at local, state, and international levels. Victoria is dedicated to developing systems and spaces that drive student growth, family connection, staff success, and community strength. As the first in her family to graduate college, she is passionate about equity and access in education. She holds dual B.A. degrees in Organizational Communications and Cultural & Religious Studies and an M.S. in Curriculum & Instruction, and is committed to empowering educators and innovating practices that support all learners.
