Michael Agostini

Michael Agostini has spent his entire career in education and has over 20 years of experience working with charter schools. He was a founding member and board president of Capitol Collegiate Academy and the founder and executive director of Sierra Music Academy. For over a decade, he worked at the Charter Schools Development Center, where he helped to design and lead training programs for charter school leaders and evaluated schools using multi-day, onsite performance reviews. Dr. Agostini later served as the Head of School at Temecula Preparatory School, an award-winning, TK-12 charter school with 1,100 students. As Executive Director at Edvance Consulting, Dr. Agostini performs school efficiency audits, helps schools create strategic plans, and provides coaching and support to charter school leaders. Dr. Agostini earned his B.A. from Yale University, an Ed.M. from Harvard University, and an Ed.D. from Drexel University.
