Check-in and set-up
All exhibits must be fully installed by 9:00AM, Monday, November 16.
The Exhibit Hall will be available for set-up at the following times:
Dismantle
Exhibits must remain in place until 2:00PM, Tuesday, November 17, 2026, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Early dismantling detracts from the full conference programming - which will be actively in progress until 2:00PM in the hall. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees. Dismantle will occur:

For questions and assistance, the conference registration desk for exhibitors will be open during the following dates/times:
Tricord, the official general services decorator and drayage contractor for the exhibit, will maintain a service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit hours, and dismantling. Complete onsite hours will be available in the Exhibitor Manual available to all contracted/paid exhibitors via the Exhibitor Services Portal early fall 2026.
