Oh, Won't You Stay! How Ingenium Empowers and Retains Staff

Discover how Ingenium Schools has built a strong, employee-centered culture by prioritizing meaningful feedback and recognition. Through intentional practices like stay interviews and a dedicated Teacher Advisory Committee, Ingenium actively listens and responds to employee voices. Combined with long-standing traditions that celebrate and appreciate staff, these efforts have led to a significant reduction in teacher and employee turnover—while keeping team satisfaction high.

Join this session to learn about these strategies, the results, and how to implement your own similar process in your school.
