Michael Williams is a California-licensed attorney whose practice focuses on tax credits and planning for M&A transactions. After starting his career with Ernst & Young, Michael provided C-Suite leadership to multiple companies before starting his own firm which focuses on helping organizations across the country obtain federal, state and local tax credits. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Bryant University.
