Exhibit Hall Schedule and Logistics

The 2023 CSDC Conference exhibit hall will be open November 9-10, 2023 in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor representatives.

Wednesday, November 8

12:00 – 6:00PM Exhibitor check–in and load–in
5:30 – 6:30PM Welcome Happy Hour (Katella Terrace)

Thursday, November 9

Exhibit Hall Open From 10:00AM TO 6:45PM

10:00AM Exhibit Hall Opens
11:00AM – 12:00PM Lunch for Exhibitors
12:00 – 1:00PM Lunch for Attendees in the Exhibit Hall
12:45 – 1:30PM Learning Labs
1:45 – 2:30PM Learning Labs & Power-Up Break
5:30 – 6:45PM Exhibit Hall Networking Reception

Friday, November 10

Exhibit Hall Open From 8:00AM TO 12:30PM

8:00 – 9:30AM Exhibit Hall Breakfast
8:45 – 9:30AM Learning Labs
10:30 – 11:15AM Meal for Exhibitors
11:15AM – 12:30PM Exhibit Hall Lunch

* Times are subject to change. Should Exhibit Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.

Check-In and Set-up

All exhibits must be fully installed by 9:00AM, Thursday, November 9. Exhibit hall space will be available for set-up in the Anaheim Convention Center:

Wednesday, November 8: 12:00 – 6:00PM
Thursday, November 9: 7:00 – 9:00AM


Exhibits must remain in place until 12:30PM, Friday, November 10, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.

Dismantle will occur:

Friday, November 10: 12:30 – 5:30PM

Exhibitor Registration Desk Hours

For questions and assistance, the conference registration desk for exhibitors will be open during the following dates/times:

Wednesday, November 8: 12:00 – 6:00PM
Thursday, November 9: 7:00AM – 6:15PM
Friday, November 10: 7:00AM – 12:00PM
