Co-founder and managing partner of Edgility Consulting, Christina has nearly 20 years of experience recruiting and placing teachers, principals, and professionals serving a range of executive leadership roles in education, youth development, and social justice organizations. Christina launched Redwood Circle Consulting in 2010, where she provided executive search and talent management strategy services to education nonprofits and school organizations. In 2016, Christina co-founded Edgility Consulting with an expanded vision of helping all mission-driven organizations. In addition to her direct client work, Christina oversees the Executive Search Team at Edgility, ensuring the same concierge-level service is delivered to clients across the team. Christina is driven by a passion for equity in education and its importance in advancing opportunities for all children and communities to thrive. Her expertise in talent management equips organizations with the skills to overcome discrimination and build workforces that reflect the communities they serve.
