With over 20 years of school leadership experience, Dr. Martha Monahan serves as Director of Human Resources for Palisades Charter High School, an independent charter with an ADA of 3000. She is skilled at creating systems that support employees to realize their full potential as professionals who put students first. Dr. Monahan has expertise in complex HR matters, including investigations, interactive processes, leave management, risk management, collective bargaining and policy development. With her strong background in educational leadership and a commitment to supporting equitable workplace practices, Dr. Monahan is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and compliant environment that empowers employees while supporting organizational goals.
