As we grapple with an economy that can’t seem to make up its mind, what can charter school leaders do to protect and maximize cash performance? Moderated by John Helgeson from East West Bank, hear from school leaders Caprice Young (Navigator Schools), James McGrath (IVA High), and Jason Sitomer (Charter Impact) about how they think about and manage cash day-to-day and over time.

In this interactive session, presenters will share their experiences and respond to questions and concerns about how to optimize cash performance while de-mystifying deferrals, and how to get ahead of the curve in planning.
