In 2012, she made a pivotal move to Uncommon Schools, a charter management organization committed to closing the achievement gap through charter school management. There, as an Office Manager, Erica took charge of student enrollment and recruitment, ensuring enrollment metrics were successfully met before the school year commenced. Over the past decade, Erica has honed her expertise in charter school operations, focusing on key areas such as family and community engagement, devising effective student recruitment and enrollment strategies, and contributing to the development of effective systems plans. Armed with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from Long Island University, she continues to make a lasting impact in the education sector, driving operational success and creating a positive learning environment for students and staff alike.
