Jonathan Tiongco currently serves as the Founding Principal and Executive Director for the Alliance Marine - Innovation & Technology 6-12 Complex (Alliance MIT). Named Alliance College-Ready Public Schools Principal of the Year in 2020, Mr. Tiongco has been directly responsible for leading Alliance MIT to become the fastest growing school in LAUSD and highest performing school in its region. He is deeply invested in creating and sustaining innovative educational systems and programs devoted to social justice, equity, inclusion, and community empowerment. He and his wife, Sally, are the proud parents of two amazing children, Madelyn and Miles. As a side passion project, he and his family own and operate the highest rated and most culturally diverse walking food tour company, Six Taste, in their beloved hometown of Los Angeles.

• At Charter Impact, Matt is responsible for overseeing Charter Impacts service delivery, as well as acting as an outsourced CFO on behalf of 11 charter schools across California. He oversees all finance, accounting and compliance reporting for assigned clients by working with the Charter Impact accounting, accounts payable and payroll/HR staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
• Before Charter Impact, Matt worked at Charter School Capital in Portland, Oregon, where he specialized in solving complex financial challenges for schools across the nation and counseling individual schools and charter management organizations on sustainable growth strategies.
• While there, Matt assisted schools of all sizes by securing adequate facilities financing, solving substantial cash flow and deficit issues, and supporting the long-term success of mission-driven educational organizations.

Vireak is the VP of Data and Technology Solutions at Charter Impact. Vireak works with Executive, Knowledge Management, and IT teams to support their use of data. He enjoys guiding and supporting schools through their data maturity journey. A key part of his work with Charter Impact is focused on supporting clients’ ability to gather, process, report and use data. Vireak has supported educators for 22 years. Prior to joining Charter Impact, he served as the VP of Technology for 28 schools that operated in high-need neighborhoods within Los Angeles. He earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from CSUN.
