With a track record of ~90%+ students being prepared for college and career upon graduation from Lighthouse, Jenna built systems that created generational change for hundreds of families.Jenna Stauffer is the Founder of Hawk Circle Consulting, a firm that supports education leaders to reach new heights in equity and outcomes for the children and families they serve. Jenna is a values-driven, persistent and seasoned leader with 25 years of on-the-ground experience of founding, running, and improving schools, systems, and nonprofits to ensure equitable outcomes for students for whom the opportunity gap still exists. Accomplishments include growing and running Lighthouse Community Public Schools, serving over 1500 students in Deep East Oakland where 90%+ students were prepared for college and career upon graduation.
